Do you provide warranty for your services?
Yes, we provide a warranty for all Interior Drainage Services. Our warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship for as long as the Customer owns the building, ensuring that your basement remains dry and protected. Why basement waterproofing is important?
Basement waterproofing is essential because it prevents water damage, which can lead to structural issues, mold growth, and health problems. By keeping your basement dry, you protect your home’s value, enhance its energy efficiency, and create a safer, more usable living space.
Do you offer free estimates for waterproofing projects?
Yes, we provide free estimates for all wet basements projects. Feel free to contact us to schedule an appointment for a thorough assessment of your needs.
Do you work outside your coverage area?
Yes, while we primarily serve the Simcoe County, District Municipality of Muskoka & City of Kawartha Lakes area – we may be able to accommodate projects outside those regions. Please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to discuss your needs.
What is the difference between interior and exterior drainage systems?
Interior drainage systems manage water that seeps into the basement by using perimeter drains and sump pumps inside the space. Exterior drainage systems, such as French drains and proper grading, exterior wheepers prevent water from reaching the foundation by addressing issues outside the home.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials such as waterproof membranes, sump pumps, drainage pipes, epoxy, polyurethane, liquid rubber and concrete sealants to ensure effective basement waterproofing. These materials are chosen for their durability and performance to provide long-lasting protection against water intrusion.
How long does each project take?
The duration of a basement waterproofing project typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the size of the area and the complexity of the work. We'll provide a more accurate estimate after assessing your specific needs and the conditions of your basement.
Can the project be completed in any season of the year?
Yes, we can complete interior projects in any season of the year. However, for exterior projects, we avoid working during winter or when the weather conditions are unfavorable. We ensure that all work is done effectively and safely, which sometimes requires waiting for the right weather conditions.
Do you provide promotional discounts?
Yes, we offer promotional discounts during December, January, and February. For all Interior Drainage Services, we provide a 20% discount during these months, subject to booking availability. It’s a great opportunity to secure our services at a reduced rate during the winter season.
